Brady Beitlich is a healthcare leader with more than 10 years of experience in physician practice management, hospital operations, marketing, referral growth, and process improvement. His work has included leading healthcare teams, supporting provider operations, improving workflows, and helping practices grow in an organized, practical way. Most recently, he served as Director of Marketing at Southeastern Spine in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he supported patient outreach and the development of the referral network until April 2026. He earned a Master of Health Administration from the University of Florida and has completed several Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt projects.
Brady was born in Sarasota, Florida, on April 26, 1988. He grew up near Siesta Key and Sarasota Bay, where he spent time fishing and enjoying the water. His interest began with saltwater fishing and later expanded into freshwater fishing. He also became interested in bass fishing and fly fishing, including during a trip to the Sierra Nevada, where he explored trout fishing.
He attended Pine View School for the Gifted and was elected Class President in 2004. After graduating in 2006, he studied at the University of Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Behavior in 2010. During college, he held leadership roles in his fraternity, Student Government Productions, and Florida Blue Key.
He later completed a Master of Health Administration at the University of Florida’s College of Public Health and Health Professions in 2012. While in graduate school, he served as Treasurer of the Health Administration Student Association. His education prepared him for healthcare leadership, operational planning, and quality improvement.
His career began with an administrative fellowship at a medical center in West Palm Beach, Florida. In that role, he supported executive projects and worked with departments related to patient experience, customer service, and communication. This early work gave him a stronger understanding of hospital systems and the need for clear processes.
In 2013, Brady returned to Sarasota and earned Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification. He then led a process improvement project at a local hospital, streamlining workflows and improving efficiency. This experience helped shape his interest in practical improvement work within healthcare organizations.
Later in 2013, he moved to Chattanooga, Tennessee, and joined a healthcare system’s performance excellence team. He supported improvement projects across multiple facilities, including work connected to surgical services, charge capture, and patient flow. These efforts helped improve coordination and daily operations across teams.
In 2016, he became a Practice Manager with a physician services group in Snellville, Georgia. He managed multiple practice areas, including neurosurgery, pulmonology, endocrinology, and primary care. His responsibilities included financial oversight, staff management, provider support, workflow planning, and daily operations.
In 2019, he was selected for a leadership academy within the organization. This opportunity helped him continue building skills in communication, accountability, planning, and team leadership.
Brady Beitlich achieved steady results during his eight years in physician practice management. He helped manage the remodel and launch of a neurosurgery outpatient practice in Chattanooga. The project supported the growth of specialty services connected to a local medical center. Under his leadership, the practice regularly exceeded EBITDA goals and reached about $3.6 million in annual net charges.
He also helped improve operations in pulmonology and endocrinology practices. His work focused on coding, billing, documentation, and provider workflow improvements. These changes supported stronger productivity and better reimbursement. The service lines he managed reached about $2.9 million in combined annual revenue.
Brady also worked to improve team engagement. By strengthening communication, clarifying responsibilities, and aligning staff goals with organizational priorities, he helped raise employee engagement scores from the 76th percentile to the 93rd percentile in one year. Voluntary staff turnover also dropped to zero during that period.
In November 2024, he joined Southeastern Spine in Chattanooga as Director of Marketing. In this position, he focused on referral development, patient growth, and outreach to the healthcare community. He worked with local and regional partners to improve referral relationships and support the practice’s market presence.
He also helped manage the marketing budget and develop plans to increase new patient referrals and visits. His work included marketing materials, social media content, presentations, and outreach efforts. These projects helped improve visibility and support communication with patients, providers, and community partners.
He has remained active in healthcare leadership through professional organizations and continued education. He was a founding member and Secretary of the Greater Gwinnett Medical Group Management Association from 2018 to 2021. He is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
His service has continued outside of his professional roles. During college, he volunteered with a healthcare-related family support organization. More recently, he has helped prepare and serve meals for people experiencing homelessness through a Chattanooga ministry.
Brady Beitlich enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors outside of work. He likes kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking, and playing tennis, often around Chattanooga. He also enjoys gardening, interior design, and floral arrangement. These hobbies give him time for movement, creativity, and balance outside his healthcare career.
